If you go to the above link and select "diver amputee" you will hear a story about one of my co-workers.  She is the director of Occupational Therapy here in the hospital and she is an inspiration to anyone who thinks they have challenges.  Maria lost both her legs when she was 19 years old.  She was crushed between her car and a truck that hit her while she was standing outside of her vehicle after it had broken down on the side of the road.
